Mentoring is a meaningful and mutual relationship that involves guiding, directing, encouraging, and supporting the mentor. The process consists of the mentor fostering learning development for the mentee to maximize their full potential, develop skills, and enhance their performance, leading to self-efficacy.

Life Coaching facilitates guidance and a self-actualization process that allows progress and

greater self-fulfillment. A life coach further helps clients improve their lives, careers, educational goals, and general day-to-day events.

Life skills involve the day-to-day actions that affect how people plan, process stress, prioritize, and function in diversion and shifts. The management process involves creative thinking and strategic approaches in recognizing actions and the way forward.

Life Coaching or Mentoring is not counseling, psychotherapy, or a clinical process.

They are professional volunteers who help clients and or participants identify goals and

objectives by creating intelligent, realistic, and actionable plans to achieve a successful result and working with individuals to act and regain control of their lives.

Experiencing the SahFyer Life mentoring or life coaching session requires scheduling a session by emailing info@sahfyerlife.org, after which a confirmation email will be sent to you at your provided email address. If you need to reschedule or cancel, go to the email, and press the Reschedule or Cancel button.

The SahFyer Life experience allows for virtual as well as on-site. The online sessions are

delivered through video conference or over the phone. If our staff or volunteers come off-site, arrangements will be discussed at the initial meeting.

The SahFyer Life experience is at no cost to our clients or participants. Thankful for

donations, sponsors, and support that provide the opportunity to serve the community and the world.
